Pilates 4me owner is Jane Jackson. She has had over ten years experience teaching Pilates and has a Bachelor of Education Degree. Originally credited as a Fitness trainer in Mat Pilates and in Group Fitness. Jane has since trained in Mat and Studio (clinical) Pilates under the highly acclaimed Polestar Training. Her background and passion was as an athlete in Athletics (duathlon and triathlon), running, hockey and dance.
I loved sport and movement and found that Pilates prevented the injuries which so often affects the average person or athlete from reaching their goals or potential.
It is so important that everyone strengthens, stretches and releases tightness to slow the aging process of the body.
Pilates4me studio provides Beginner Intermediate and Advance classes to those who would like the opportunity to work out in a comfortable and friendly environment suited to their individual needs.
The Pilates Method is a set of movements and principles designed to dramatically improve body strength, core, flexibility, posture, balance and coordination.

Individual sessions are available and all new clients to Pilates require one on one individual session before joining.
